Think about what you think about.
Teaching Moment / Learning / Technique
Thinking and doing intimately relate. The brain is wired to process thinking about and actually experiencing an event in similar ways. Recalling an experience or watching a fictional film can ignite intense responses – as if you’re living the event – despite knowing the experience isn’t actually occurring.
Because thinking and doing travel a similar mental road, what you do tends to look a lot like what you envision.
